DESCRIPTION:This month\, our guest speaker is Campbell's Economic Development Manager\, Nathan Donato-Weinstein. Lunch will be catered by Table & Terrace.\nNathan is Campbell's new Economic Development Manager\, a position created to implement the city's recently adopted Economic Development Plan. His focus will be on business attraction and retention\, better positioning the city to capture investment\, and improving coordination between the city and the local business community.\n\nBefore starting in Campbell\, Nathan spent nearly nine years at the City of San Jose's Office of Economic Development working on corporate and real estate relations\, and economic and policy analysis. Most recently he served as the downtown manager. In that role\, he led placemaking\, programming and marketing efforts for the region's largest urban center. Earlier in his career\, he was a journalist covering business\, including commercial real estate in Silicon Valley. Nathan has lived in Campbell since 2012 and looks forward to partnering with the Chamber and member businesses to make Campbell an even better place to do business.
