Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Ainsley’s Spout House in Downtown Campbell November 19 at 3 PM
The Ainsley’s Spout House, a new beer garden being developed at the entrance of downtown Campbell, will have a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 3 PM. At the original Ainsley Corporation site, Ainsley’s Spout House will front the Ainsley Plaza at 43 Harrison, Campbell.
The beer garden is named after the original Ainsley’s Spout House, which the Ainsley family operated in the Yorkshire Moors, England, from the early 1800s. The Spout House was a country inn and is today a historical building within the North York Moors National Park.
Expected to be open by October 2025 Ainsley’s Spout House will feature local craft beers as well as wine from the Santa Cruz mountains, including Ainsley’s Pinot Noir with grapes grown and bottled by Alan Ainsley Hicks, great-grandson of John Colpitts Ainsley. Traditional Scottish dishes, as well as a variety of other foods, will be served.
“We aim to create a gathering spot for the whole community to enjoy quality food and beverages and support a positive, vibrant atmosphere in Campbell as a legacy of the Ainsley family for the Campbell community,” explained Hicks.
